Among the higher institutions is Degree College and Ananda Marga Gurukula Teachers Training College. Plans are underway to establish a Neohumanist College, an Ayurvedic College, Samskrta Vidyapiitha, Fine Arts and Music College, an Agriculture College and a Veterinary College.
