Dr. Acharya Shambhushivananda Avadhuta is the founding Chancellor of Ananda Marga Gurukula and nominated by Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiiji on September 7,1990. Known as Dadaji, he coordinates the activities of Gurukula from its headquarters at Gurukula Cakradhuri, Gopal Anandanagar, P.O. Baglata, District Purulia, West Bengal, India. He also coordinates the global network from Sweden and USA. Dadaji holds a PhD from the Wharton School of Business and Finance, University of Pennsylvania and a recipient of International Mahatma Gandhi Award besides many other accolades. He is a gold-medalist of Panjab University and actively promotes the neohumanist philosophy all over the world.
